Terms of Sales
Article 1: This seasonal rental contract is reserved for the exclusive use of the rental of Le Crépuscule accommodation in Anneville sur Mer. Closed individual house with garden and terrace.
Article 2 - duration of the stay: The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 – conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner the payment of the total amount of the rental. The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner. Any breach of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the product of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the owner. Article 4 – absence of withdrawal: For reservations made online, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the consumer code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specified frequency.
Article 5 – cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner or by telephone agreement. a) cancellation before arrival in the premises: The owner may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. The owner reserves the right to keep the deposit or 30% of the total balance paid on booking if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation. b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 6 – cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the tenant all the sums paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had occurred by him on this date.
Article 7 – arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and at the time mentioned on the site. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner at 0683002246.
Article 8 – payment of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid 14 days before entering the premises.
Article 9 - inventory: An inventory is available to the tenant, if he finds an anomaly, he must send it back by email or post within 48 hours and notify the owner as soon as possible so that the necessary measures are taken at the faster. When the tenant leaves, he must imperatively report any malfunction or accidental breakage occurring during the stay so that the owner can replace the broken objects. The state of cleanliness of the apartment on the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
Article 10 – security deposit: a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the site, is requested by the owner (card imprint). After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of restoring the premises if damage was noted. In the event of early departure preventing the establishment of the inventory on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week. Article 11 – use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Article 12 – capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 7 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.
Article 13 - reception of animals: the tenant can stay in the company of pets.
Article 14 – insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
Article 15 – payment of charges: the tenant must pay the owner charges not included in the price. Their amount is established on the basis of calculation mentioned in this contract and proof is provided by the owner.
Article 16 – Disputes: Any complaint relating to the inventory of fixtures and the state of the description during a rental must be submitted to Mr. DACHEUX Julien or his representative within three days of entering the places.
